HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Parents are eligible for M.A.R.C.H. services if:

  1. They are divorced, or if they have never been married to each other and are separated; and
  2. If an administrative order for child support or a judicial order exists, it is in a participating M.A.R.C.H. judicial circuit or if one parent resides in a participating judicial circuit (although contract attorney services may not be available if eligibility is based only upon parental residence); and
  3. Both parents give their consent to use mediation to resolve a dispute regarding parenting time, custody, child support, transportation responsibilities, health care coverage, health or safety of their children, or other issues related to their children.
